The list of skills categories below is used for our campaign setting specifically with the 1960’s and availability of ‘super science’ in mind. An ‘S’ in bold will indicate if the skill is available to be selected as a secondary skill. The skills below are available to all characters if they meet the prerequisites.
Skills have been collected from Heroes Unlimited 2nd Edition, Rifts Unlimited Edition and Ninja’s & Superspies. It should be noted that due to the overall technological level of the 1960’s, Gizmoteer OCC’s are NOT available. Super science exists, but it is very rare. Only the Hardware types from Heroes Unlimited are able to access many of the more advanced skills. . The general population has not yet been exposed to robotics, for example- yet the most brilliant minds in the world have begun mastering this scientific field.
